01 — INTAKE
Tell us what the business does
Name, industry, headcount, and the thing that feels slowest. That is enough to start.
Free operational diagnostic
Eight minutes with an AI interviewer turns how work actually moves through your business into a figure you can defend — and four changes you can make this month.
Aida is an AI interviewer. The conversation is not recorded as audio; a text transcript is kept for 30 days so your brief can be written, then deleted. You can end the call at any time.
Start here
The interview stays on how work moves: where it waits, what gets re-done, and how many hours that costs each person. It does not ask for customer names, employee names, or anything financial beyond a loaded hourly rate you choose to give.
The estimate below updates as you type. It is the same arithmetic the interview uses — nothing is generated by the language model.
How it works
The interview follows a fixed arc so it does not wander: context, one real piece of work end to end, where it waits, what that costs, and the single constraint to fix first.
01 — INTAKE
Name, industry, headcount, and the thing that feels slowest. That is enough to start.
02 — INTERVIEW
Aida asks one question at a time and keeps its own notes. The loss figure updates on screen as you give it hours, headcount, or a rate.
03 — BRIEF
A diagnosis, the constraint, one lead measure, and four weekly actions tied to what you actually described. Print it or save it as a PDF.
Why the numbers hold up
A language model can hold a conversation, but it should not be trusted to do your sums. In Aida it never does. The interviewer may only repeat figures returned by the calculator — and the calculator is the same code on every page.
people × hours lost per person per week × loaded rate × 52 weeks
Hours are clamped to a sane range, headcount is a whole number, and money is rounded to two decimal places once, so the figure spoken and the figure shown cannot drift apart.
No peer ranking, no invented industry average, no comparison with businesses we have not measured. The severity label describes the hours you reported; it is not a standing among other firms.
The recoverable share is a stated assumption, not a promise: 72 per cent of the annual figure, which is the part a four-week change to one constraint can realistically return.
Practical questions
Yes. There is no card, no account, and no follow-up sales call. The brief is yours.
No audio is stored. The transcript and notes are kept for 30 days so the brief can be written, then deleted.
Leave it blank. We use a typical loaded rate for your currency, show it plainly, and the brief says it was assumed.
Yes. If a microphone is unavailable or you would rather not use one, the interview works as a text conversation.
